Call For Entries

Would you like to showcase your incredible canine disc athlete and share your relationship to the world? Fly High: Story of the Disc Dog is currently seeking submissions from competitors of them and their canine teammates to include as part of the production. If you have home videos or photos of your team competing or just playing in the backyard, we welcome you to submit your content for consideration. Submissions do not have to be current. They can be from any time period during the 40+ years of canine disc.

What we’re looking for:

• Canine disc freestyle routines
• Toss and fetch rounds
• Cool shots of dog and handlers in slow motion
• Photos or home videos of you and your canine at disc play!

The deadline to submit is June 15, 2018. To submit, follow the 2-Step Process listed below.

If your photos and/or videos are selected, you will receive appropriate credit in the film’s end credits.

Submission Process:

The submission process is easy peasy, nice and breezy! Simply follow the steps below.

Step 1:

Complete and sign the Materials Copyright Release.

We’ve made the release process simple. You can fill out the Materials Copyright Release (it’s just a fancy permission form) from any computer or mobile device and provide a signature right in the form (Some browsers may experience lag. It is recommended to use Firefox or the application for the form).

Step 2:

Fill in your information and submit your files.
Once you have completed, signed and submitted the Materials Copyright Release, you will be redirected to a simple submission process. Please fill in all information for additional verification. At the end of the submission process, you may upload your files from a folder or a zip file on your computer or device. We will accept high-resolution JPG, RAW, TIF, PSD photo files as well as MP4 and AVI video files (High definition is preferred but we understand that HiDef wasn’t always around so Standard Definition is accepted.)

That’s it!

You’re done in two simple steps. Once your files have been received and added to our archive, we will send you a confirmation. If your files are selected, you will see those, along with the appropriate credit, in the final film upon release.

*Please note, while we will certainly consider every piece of content you wonderful folks submit, due to time constraints within the film, we cannot guarantee that all submitted content will be included but we will certainly do our best.

*If you are not the originator of the content in which you would like to submit, please also include a TXT, DOC, DOCX or PDF file of written (digital or otherwise) permission from the copyright holder/original photographer.

*Any rude, derogatory or unrelated content will be rejected.
